The Charter School of San Diego is a free public school option, serving students in 6th – 12th grades who seek an alternative learning experience to the traditional school setting. Its instructional design is based on a “University Model". SELECTION PROCEDURE: Selected applicants will be interviewed by a panel consisted of the finance management team. Selected candidates will complete a work-styles/behavioral survey. Candidates who successfully complete this phase of process will be interviewed by CSSD Directors at a later date. Complete online application. Resume will not be accepted in lieu of application. We apply the same process for selecting staff. Key components of the process include: paper screening, team interview, work-style behaviors survey, director/manager interview, extensive background checks and reference checks. We may call any person listed as a reference and/or any former supervisors on your application. We do not invite all applicants to interview.
