
Clerical Assistant II- Bilingual Spanish at Monrovia Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications
High School graduation or equivalent, and one year of experience performing varied clerical work. Six months of experience at or equivalent to the level of clerical assistant I in the Monrovia Unified School District may be substituted for the required experience. This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) full-time position working 8 hours per day, 12 months per year. Under general supervision of the site administrator, performs a variety of clerical work of average to above average difficulty; and performs related duties as assigned.
SPECIAL NOTE: Some positions require fluency in a language other than English. If fluency (written and spoken) in another language is required, that position may be required to translate written materials and information to go home to non-English speaking parents or guardians, interpret for non-English speaking parents or guardians during conferences, or in phone conversations, and interact with the non-English speaking community providing translations as necessary. This position requires fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish.
