Job Summary

The Dean of Students will work closely with administration, teachers, support staff, and families to maintain a positive and supportive school experience for students, staff and families. The Dean will manage behavior issues and proactively work to ensure all children achieve at high levels. The Dean will support academic improvement for students through analysis of achievement data working closely with the Intervention Team. The Dean will work to develop additional programs to support student academic and behavior engagement and will engage the parent community in learning opportunities and involvement in the school day.
