Under general direction of the Principal, the Operations Specialist performs a variety of administrative support functions and serves as the primary contact for the public. This position organizes, coordinates, and performs secretarial, logistics, and hospitality support duties including intake and scheduling of facility operations, development of an annual schedule for schools and private groups, preparing usage contracts, processing payments, and serving as first point of contact for inquiries, information, and facilities maintenance.
