Ocean Grove Charter School (OGCS) is a WASC accredited charter school managed by Innovative Education Management (IEM). The school serves students in Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. Our family of charter schools include South Sutter, Ocean Grove, and Sky Mountain. Job Summary
The Assessment Coordinator performs a wide variety of assessment operations to ensure compliance with school standards and government regulatory requirements as it relates to pupil testing and student achievement. The Assessment Coordinator is detail oriented and highly organized, proficient in the use of modern technology, promotes school policies and the ‘individualized’ learning procedures. Data trend analysis is required to promote student achievement. The incumbent is expected to remain calm under pressure, work cooperatively with team members and others to provide the highest level of service possible and work in accordance with the Guiding Principles of the organization.
