All the material below is required for hiring consideration: Bachelor's Degree in any of the following areas: Child Development, Human Development, or other closely related fields (Official Transcripts will be requested upon hiring). California Supervisor permit, Director's Permit or California Administrative Credential (Please submit a detailed printout from CTC website - ctc.ca.gov). A minimum of three years of teaching in a Head Start program or similar environment. Three contact references. Desired: Leadership experience and skills; direct Head Start program experience including knowledge of Performance Standards regulations; additional experience in program or project management; Bilingual/bi-literate, English/Spanish. Meet EMCSD hiring requirements.
