Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Special Education or Director of Student Services, the Mental Health Specialist provides mental health services including counseling, consultation, treatment and case management for individuals and families, and performs related duties as required. Assist with program planning, assessment, feedback, supervision, mentoring, record keeping and writing reports. Mental health services may be provided at district sites, in student homes, and/or in the community.
