Job Summary
Under general supervision, conduct evaluations of all types of hazardous materials, maintain records and inspect school sites to insure District compliance with federal, state, and local hazardous material mandates; lead and participate fully in the work of building trades and general maintenance personnel; plan, organize, assign, and direct the work of assigned personnel, consultants and outside contractors; perform skilled work in one or more of the assigned trades areas; and to do other related work as required.
