See attached full Job Description for Arete Charter Academy Education Advisor The Education Advisor (EA) is a California credentialed teacher that meets the students’ needs in an independent studies setting. EA’s are essential for the success of the student and will provide support to the families while the student is enrolled in Arete Charter Academy. EA’s must perform their required educational guidance, management and organizational duties, which include completing all required paperwork as outlined in responsibilities below. EA’s must meet at least once every twenty school attendance days with the student and parent for progress monitoring purposes. The EA’s duty day may be non-traditional and is flexible to meet with the families on an agreed upon time. Creativity is essential to work with families and students of Arete Charter Academy.
