Under the direction of the Director-Food Services, prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold menu items at an assigned elementary school site; coordinate the accounting of meals served; perform routine cashiering duties; maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.

Education and Experience: - Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year experience in food preparation, kitchen maintenance or a related field. Licenses and other Requirements: - Valid ServeSafe certification. - Employees must participate in available training and complete required continuing education/training hours in order to meet USDA professional standards. - Valid California Driver’s License
