Job Summary
Heartland Charter School is hiring ordering specialists, who work with homeschool families and teachers to purchase educational curriculum and materials for students to use. As an ordering specialist, you will access our internal ordering system to review service requests and product requests for items such as books, science supplies, and math manipulatives. Then, you will purchase those items online or by submitting a purchase order to our vendors. The items will be shipped for use for educations. You will work with parents and teachers to troubleshoot any issues that arise with orders. The successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic and excellent computer skills, and will be willing to meet and exceed minimum daily goals. Must be able to problem-solve, communicate well, and provide exceptional customer service. If interested, please submit your resume.
