Experience in working and connecting with families in the community. ****Must complete Mandated Reporter Training within the first 6 weeks of employment.           Fully bilingual Spanish speaker. Work with families to help them find services and support needed. Able to help staff translate orally and written communication. Basic computer knowledge. ***Must complete Mandated Reporter Training within the first 6 weeks of employment. When you apply for this position, you will receive an email attachment with the details of this training. ***SRCS implements a Multi-Tiered System of Support we call BEST Plus to support students, staff and families. This framework is used to positively support the social and behavioral needs of all students in our schools. BEST Plus uses a continuum of proactive interventions to address student need and to create positive school cultures. We strive to find faculty to work in our schools whose beliefs align with this framework.
