The position of HR Generalist and Benefits Administrator plays an integral role in nurturing the individual employee while also ensuring the organizational processes and systems are equitable and just. We are looking for a highly skilled person in areas of human resources understanding, accounting skill sets and hands-on payroll experience. This position is full-time, exempt status and is currently operating in an hybrid remote/on campus capacity.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferred, bilingual in Spanish and English strongly recommended, continued education in areas of accounting, payroll and human resources. Required: Cover Letter, Resume and Letters of Reference (3). Transcripts required upon hiring.
