Job Summary
The incumbent is a member of the Academic Leadership team and will work to achieve the departmental strategic plan and academic goals across all schools. The incumbent develops consistent dialogue, motivational relationships with students/parent-families, promotes school policies and the ‘individualized’ learning procedures. The incumbent is expected to have a commitment to student achievement, remain calm under pressure, and work cooperatively with stakeholders to provide the highest level of service possible and work in accordance with the Guiding Principles of the organization.
