Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Schools, the Manager of the Pathways to Success Program, has responsibility for the planning, organization, and implementation of the Pathways Program; accountable for the continual development of training which will include Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and other training necessary. Provide effective and efficient delivery of supports and services to students and families; provide timely information, supports, and assistance to district leaders, School Liaison/Counseling Technicians, and other staff as needed to meet program goals. Act in a Principal capacity to support districts and schools; lead Mental Health Triage Team which will cover 27 schools in Trinity, Modoc County and California Heritage YouthBuild Academy (CHYBA) in Shasta County; work with Deputy Superintendent to hire staff, effectively interact and collaborate with various District and Community stakeholders for continual improvement of the program.

Bachelor’s Degree, although a Master’s Degree is preferred. Administrative Services Credential required and school administration experience. Minimum three (3) years educational experience at a county or district office or other organization leading successful programs and improvement efforts and experience in managing programs.
