Works under the direction of the Director of Student and Employee Welfare to advise and support the core educational program of the school with relation to guidance and student discipline. Provides social/emotional support, coordinates the integration of mental health and related services. Perform other duties as needed. EXPERIENCE: Effective professional educational experience Strong interpersonal skills Ability to organize and implement accurate detailed records systems Knowledge of effective guidance techniques including group and individual guidance CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Possession of a valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential.
