Job Summary
To provide leadership and assume administrative responsibility in regards to student character formation through maintaining behavior, conduct and school safety standards. Ensures the virtuous behavior and safety of students on school property as well as school sponsored events, assigning and monitoring supervision duties before, after and during school hours. Organize and coordinate disaster and safety drills. Assumes responsibility in the implementation and interpretation of the Student Code of Conduct as stated in the Parent-Student handbook, along with disciplinary consequences. Attend all meetings related to providing the optimal conditions for accomplishing the school mission including Administrative Meeting, Cabinet, Safety Committee, Disciplinary Review Boards (Head), Student Support Services Committee, other meetings as related to responsibilities. Counsel students, staff, and parents, in the area of character formation as necessary. Maintain records related to safety, disciplinary consequences, incident reports, and drills. Coordinate all jobs responsibilities with the Principal and other administrative staff to foster successful holistic development of students and staff. Lead the COVID 19 Health & Safety Committee, including ensuring adherence to protocols, and developing and monitoring supervision schedules
