LIMITED TERM ASSIGNMENT: Candidates hired into this position will be at a limited term, lasting no more than six (6) months. To be considered for a regular or substitute position candidates must apply under a different application and be assessed with a written, performance and oral examination. Completion of the assessments will allow candidates to be placed onto an eligibility list for consideration of regular employment. Limited term assignment candidates will not be placed onto any eligibility list. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: A typical qualifying background would include sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities as reflected in the job description. Vista Unified School District experience preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS: Subject to indoor/outdoor environment; heavy lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling; fumes from cleaning chemicals; positions are assigned to work day, evening or night shifts.
