Job Summary

Job Summary

This position is split between two departments. For the Payroll portion of the job the incumbent is expected to process all phases of payroll; responding to complex payroll problems and computational questions; ensuring compliance with mandated requirements/laws; and maintaining confidentiality. The incumbent will work cooperatively with team members and others to enable the departments to provide the highest level of service possible. Creativity and productivity is encouraged and valued. The incumbent is expected to work in accordance with the Guiding Principles of the organization. For the Receptionist/Front Office portion we are looking for someone who considers themselves friendly and loves interacting with people. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and is a self-starter. You will be required to handle multiple projects with a great attitude. As a member of the team, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for external customers and is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate team members/departments, mail distribution, maintaining supplies and materials, and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and other related tasks. The Receptionist must be dependable, professional, and exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills. Reports to Executive Assistant.
