The San Diego Unified School District is seeking an innovative District office leader to support the diverse needs of students, families, and the community through the role of the Human Resource Officer. Leadership candidates must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to support, train and guide all levels of school district leaders (principals, department managers, supervisors, etc.) in all personnel matters. Desired experience includes site or district-level leadership experience in a diverse, urban school district or public entity; specifically seeking candidates who have lead at the secondary or District level.
