Do you enjoy working in an educational environment? Springs Charter Schools has two full time teacher's aide/Assistant Classroom Educator (ACE) openings at Bear River Student Center in Menifee. Qualified candidates must be able to interact with all stakeholders (students, parents, teacher, admin), have strong interpersonal skills, love working with children, and be a lifelong learner. Under the direction of the Principal, the ACE will work directly with an assigned certificated teacher in either a Kindergarten or 5th grade class reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom or other learning environment; assist teachers with the preparation of instructional materials; provide consistent behavior support and life skills instruction for students during lunch and recess duty. An additional component of the position will be to provide instruction to an enrichment class (to be discussed with the Principal during the interview process and the position will be paid at a higher rate of pay).
