Copy of California Pupil Personnel Services Credential authorizing participation in School Social Work. Copy of valid State of California LCSW licensure. Copy of all official units verifying Bachelor's Degree, copy of all units verifying Master's Degree in Social Work, letter of introduction, resume, three recent letters of recommendation - one must be from a supervisor. Bilingual desired.
