- Copy of Transcript (Unofficial copy accepted)
- Credential Copy (30 Day Substitute Permit, Single/Multiple Subject Credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Reference (Letters MUST be signed and dated within the last year)
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST)

- If you do not currently have a Certificate of Clearance, you can apply for one at CTC.CA.GOV

- T.B. Test within the last 60 days
- Fingerprints ($32 fee and will be done at the district office)
