  • Credential Copy (Valid CTE/Vocational teaching credential or proof of application to the CTC)
  • English Learner Authorization (One of following must be submitted: Credential copy showing ELA, CLAD Cert, BCLAD certification or an explanation as to why this requirement is not met)

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three)
