Psyched Services is on the lookout for a talented school psychologist who thinks outside the box. We offer a flexible, full-time work opportunity that allows you to office from home 2 days/week or 8 days/month. Your primary duties will be that of a typical school psychologist conducting school-based assessments on site. However, not that typical. We’ve developed a unique assessment model where a stellar team collaborates remotely to efficiently deliver best practice evaluations. You must be excited to travel as you’ll be working over multiple school sites. Other duties may include marketing outreach activities, such as providing presentations and trainings to parents and schools, attending conferences, marketing events, and engaging with local referral sources where you will use your charm to spread the word for Psyched Services. We honor quality work and offer a performance-based pay incentive, providing you the opportunity to earn up to an additional 15% of your monthly salary.     Employee Requirements:
    • Provide direct assessment services during school hours.
    • Effectively communicate with school teams and parents.
    • Collaborate with your equally-Psyched team members.
    • Generate timely, high-quality evaluation reports.
    • Excited to travel to surrounding counties.
    • Provide trainings to parents, teachers, and team members.
    • Network with potential clients and future team members.
    • Attend conferences and marketing events.
    • Contribute to content and resource development.

      Credential Requirements:
      • School psychologist credential in CA

      Preferred:
      • Licensed Psychologist/Licensed Educational Psychologist in CA able to complete private assessments
      • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
      • Proficient in cross-battery assessment and ADOS-2 administration.
      • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

      Knowledge and Skills Required:
      • Exceptional assessment skills.
      • Outstanding communication skills.
      • Superb public speaking and networking skills.
