Sky Mountain Charter School (SMCS) is a WASC accredited charter school managed by Innovative Education Management (IEM). Job Summary
The Intake Guidance Coordinator works to enroll and prepare high school students towards academic success in an independent study high school setting. Under the direction of the Director of Communications and Development, the Intake Guidance Coordinator will be the first point of contact to parents of high school students interested in the Schools. The Intake Guidance Coordinator develops consistent dialogue, motivational relationships with students/parent-families, promotes school policies and the ‘individualized’ learning procedures. The incumbent is expected to remain calm under pressure, work cooperatively to provide the highest level of service possible and work in accordance with the Guiding Principles of the organization.

Preferred Qualification of a California Pupil Personnel Service (PPS) Credential -Experience: Three (3) years of teaching experience and knowledge in Guidance. Experience with marketing and outreach preferred.
