Job Summary
Under the direction of the Site Administrator act as, Counseling Secretary or Asst. Principal Secretary, perform varied secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical detail; plan and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications and information; prepare and maintain a variety of manual and automated records and reports related to assigned activities. May Have to cover for cohorts if others are unavailable or absent.
