Requirements / Qualifications

The position requires equivalent to graduation from high school plus post-high school library science curriculum or equivalent. An Associates Degree or an 18­ unit Library Technology certificate is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in a library or instructional setting is desired

To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Please note that we require three references, one of them must be a supervisor (current or past). Upon hiring, TB and Fingerprint Clearance (at applicant’s expense) will be required prior to employment.
