Innovative Education Management is an established non-profit organization built to support California based charter schools. We currently serve over 7,000 students and work with over 450 employees. We are looking for a HR Administrator who is interested in working with our CEO, and current HR team, to continue the work of innovating education by building an innovative and vibrant work environment for our amazing employees. We are seeking someone who is interested and knowledgeable in the area of employee experience management in addition to the standard HR laws and standard practices.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of Tuberculosis (TB) tests every four years; and passing the relevant Department of Justice (DOJ) background review.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Credentials/Certifications: PHR, SPHR or other creditable HR certificates are preferred.
Experience:
-3-5 years direct Human Resources Administration experience, prior roles as an HR Admin, HR Specialist.
-Expertise in matters of law regarding human resources administration for exempt and nonexempt employees.
-LOA / Benefit administration.
-High degree of written communication and proofreading skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Team management skills
