*QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: PLEASE SEND COVER LETTER AND RESUME TO SCHOOL OFFICE MANAGER / REGISTRAR The Spring Hill School’s office manager/registrar is responsible for performing a variety of complex clerical work to ensure the office and school is running efficiently, and interacts with students, parents, and teachers in a supportive and professional manner. The position supports all necessary functions of the office (cashier, information, attendance, registration, etc.); assists the site administrators by orchestrating workflow and ensuring the office delivers excellent customer service, tracks attendance records, monitors school mail, and managing the school calendars by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Office/School Management: • Support the mission of the school through all work • Answer phones; screen office visitors and telephone callers in a gracious and congenial manner; answer questions concerning school’s courses, activities, or programs and /or refer persons to another source of information as needed; schedule appointments with school Head of School, Director of Enrollment and Marketing Admission, or Director of Finance and Operations • Greet families and students • Ensure the Middlefield Campus is in “Licensing” Compliance at all times (Site Supervisor certification a plus!) • Manage school photos at all 3 campuses • Assist with Before-Aftercare billing • Assist, track, and record staff absences, ensuring all certificated and classified staff positions are filled in the absence of the regular employee • Prepare and maintain records of school purchases and orders supplies, books, materials, and equipment as requested by administration. • Maintain teacher curriculum/materials budgets via shared Google ECE UNITS AND SITE SUPERVISORS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
