Requirements / Qualifications
A valid California Visual Impaired and Orientation & Mobility Credential and EL Authorization Candidates who hold an out-of-state teaching credential/certificate will be considered. Attach a copy of your out-of-state credential to your application.
In-District Employees: Attach a resume only REQUIRED: Attach all requested documents to your application electronically. You will need to scan each document separately. Make sure the file size for each attachment is 1 MB or lower. PDF format is preferred.
- Certificate Copy (Certificate of Clearance (COC))
- Certification (Credential Program Status Letter/Appeasement letter (Clearly state the type of credential, i.e., single subject (list subject), multiple subject or Ed Specialist (list authorization) and the anticipated date of recommendation to CTC.))
- Copy of Transcript (Showing BA Degree, front and back of transcripts)
- Credential Copy
- English Learner Authorization (If not embedded in your credential)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (A minimum of three (3) current letters of recommendation.)
- Other (Subject Matter Competency - CSETs)
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST)
