The key responsibilities of the Superintendent/Principal include but are not limited to the following:

- Provide leadership in policy, curriculum, professional development, evaluations, special education, staffing, and other duties.

- Assist the Board of Trustees in setting priorities for the District.

- Estabish and maintain effective communication and collaboration throughout the District and within the community.

- Knowledge of budget including LCFF & LCAP
