      Placement on salary schedule is dependent upon how many years of tull time certificated experience you have, as well as your level of education above, and beyond your Bachelor's Degree. This position is identified as being in a “hard-to-recruit” area. As such, a newly hired individual in this position with more than five (5) years of verified certificated experience will be placed in the appropriate column at the salary step closest to the salary from their last school district, but not less, unless there is no equivalent salary step on the schedule. Copy of a valid California Driver’s License and liability insurance due upon hire. To comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, all new employees must provide proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
