- Cover Letter - Resume QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/TRAINING EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting or a related field plus Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM). - Five years related experience. - Knowledge of municipal purchasing laws and regulations.
