Possession of a valid California Pupil Personnel Services School Psychology credential required. If currently completing a program, include a letter from your university stating credential type and estimated date of completion in lieu of credential document.

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 current letters within the last 5 years)

  • Test Results/Materials (Copy of CBEST or equivalent basic skills exam)
