Position involves the planning of modification and capital improvements to existing facilities and requires independent decisions involving large sums of money and workforce. Position oversees and coordinates the actions of employees in the maintenance department to insure economy, safety, effective communication and efficient use of equipment and supplies; provides supervision of persoonel in the coordination and implementation of the departmental operations; develops and maintains appropriate documents and reports. EXPERIENCE: Five years of progressively responsible management experience involving planning, contracting, maintenance and operations, and personnel management, preferable in a school environment.
