POSITION DESCRIPTION: The job of Administrator, Recruitment Officer, Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI), is for the purpose/s of providing the program with visionary leadership to plan, organize, and administer the operations and activities related to the recruitment individuals to the teaching profession, CTI Intern Program and CTI Induction Program. The incumbent will coordinate and direct communications, personnel, resources, recruitment development services, and information to reach out to local middle and high school students, individuals interested in becoming a teacher, and the partnering agencies and LEAs served by the Riverside County Office of Education. This position is designated as a certificated management position and is part of the Management Leadership Team. This is a categorically funded position. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of four (4) years successful public school teaching experience is required. A minimum of four (4) years successful administrative, lead teacher or TOSA experience and experience with the CTI Induction Program and the CTI eConnect system or related programs and systems is required. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Master’s degree from an accredited college/university required. Doctorate Preferred.
