Job Summary
Under the direction of the Site Administrator act as, Counseling Secretary or Asst. Principal Secretary, perform varied secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical detail; plan and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications and information; prepare and maintain a variety of manual and automated records and reports related to assigned activities.

This position is located at Soquel High School, 401 Old San Jose Rd., Santa Cruz, CA. First review of Applications will be December 16th, 2019. This is a 10 Month position. Hours are 7:15-3:45 with a 30 Minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
