Volunteers for and willingly accepts assignments and completes them thoroughly and on time. 4. Stays informed about committee matters, prepares themselves well for meetings, and reviews and comments on minutes and reports. 5. Gets to know other committee members and builds a collegial working relationship that contributes to consensus. 6. Is an active participant in the school's annual evaluation and planning efforts. 7. Participates in fund raising for the organization (nonprofit only).

Pathways to College is a public charter school located in Hesperia, CA with approximately 360 students in grades TK - 8. We are looking to fill the vacancy on our Governing Board with a member of the High Desert Community who is passionate about education and will uphold the mission and vision of our school while adding diversity and professionalism. This is a volunteer position and provides the opportunity to positively contribute to education and the community.
