Chabot College, a community college located in Hayward, CA is looking to hire PT Instructors for the Anatomy adjunct pool.  Ideal candidates will have community college experience teaching Anatomy.

Potential course description:

Anatomy 1

ANAT 1         

Structure and function of the human body with emphasis on microscopic and gross anatomy. Microscopic examination of normal and pathological tissues, and dissection, supplemented by use of charts, models, and computer assisted instruction.

Prerequisite: BIOL 31 (completed with a grade of "C" or higher) or equivalent course Strongly Recommended: ENGL 1A (completed with a grade of "C" or higher)

Lecture TuTh 1:15-2:30pm and Lab 2:35-5:25 pm

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s in any biological science OR Bachelor’s in any biological science AND Master’s in biochemistry, biophysics, or marine science OR the equivalent.
