REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS: Resume Letter of Intent Two Current Letters of Recommendation (not necessary for current FCUSD employees) Transcripts, AA/BA/BS/MA (min 48 units above a high school diploma) OR Successful completion of District Instructional Assistant Proficiency Test * NOTE: Foreign Transcripts must be evaluated for U.S. Equivalency
Upon Conditional Offer of Employment - Department of Justice Criminal Background Check ($25.00 fee completed at the district office) - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - CPR/First Aid Certification - Pre-Employment Physical Evaluation conducted through the District. Lift test included (MIN 50 lbs). Please make sure you read the job description thoroughly. This job is to care for special needs students and can include care such as toileting, grooming, dressing and feeding.
