Be aware that convictions expunged under California Penal Code 1203.4 will be revealed by LiveScan. Failure to do so will result in a rescinded job offer. Candidate selected for employment will be required to provide verification of work authorization in the form of a passport, driver’s license, or other equivalent and social security card.
