This position can be from 2:30-5:30pm or 12 to 5:30pm, based on employee Responsibilities: • Assist teaching staff. • Direct after-school activities for students in grades K-4 • Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and parents. • Plan and provide safe and engaging activities for students. • Supervise students in indoor and outdoor environments. Qualifications: • Passionate, knowledgeable and creative • Experience working with elementary students • Strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills • A willingness to learn • Able to effectively communicate with parents. • Knowledgeable, collaborative, friendly, and flexible • Positive and consistent classroom management skills • A "can do" attitude
