Assists with the coordination and development of short and long-range plans for school facilities; plans, coordinates, and organizes construction projects, modernization plans, alteration projects, relocation of school buildings and facilities, and other capital outlay projects.

Five years of increasingly responsible experience working on large, complex commercial, industrial, or institutional projects. Experience in project planning and construction management with a school district or architectural firm preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related subject.
