Assists with the coordination and development of short and long-range plans for school facilities; plans, coordinates, and organizes construction projects, modernization plans, alteration projects, relocation of school buildings and facilities, and other capital outlay projects.

Experience in project planning and construction management with a school district or architectural firm preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related subject.
