The Baldwin Park Unified School District is recruiting for an Early Childhood Education Program Manager. The Program Manager is under the direction of the Director of Early Childhood Education, the Program Manager plans, implements, and monitors program areas such as early childhood education and health services, community and family partnerships, and program design and management. The position adheres to regulations associated with State and Federal early childhood education programs, such as the Head Start Performance Standards, Title 22 and Title V. The position may provide services and supervision in specialty areas such as education, health, mental health, and disabilities at various school sites. For a full description of the classification, please review the job description. REQUIREMENTS: -Master’s Degree in Child Development or related field; AND -California Child Development Program Director Permit; OR -Administrative Services Credential covering grades twelve and below, including preschool -Possession of a valid California Driver's license, have an acceptable driving record, and qualify for insurability -Five or more years of successful classroom teaching experience in Early Childhood Education; AND -Two years or more of successful supervisory/administrative experience PREFERENCES: -Early Childhood Education experience in State or Federal programs -Bilingual (Spanish)
