ADVANCEMENT SERVICES COORDINATOR OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Advancement services coordinator provides support to the office of advancement team with the daily operations of advancement tasks. This includes data entry and database management, website updating, social media posting, constituent contact, event execution, content creation and volunteer coordination. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintains constituent data base in Raisers Edge and Blackbaud products auditing records for accuracy and entering data for new records, including reaching out to constituents to clean up and correct data. Work with admissions coordinator on current student records for accuracy and updating. 2. Receipts and records donation and pledge payments for all CCHS fundraising efforts in Raiser’s Edge and Maestro Pro. Sends gift acknowledgment in a timely manner (within 48 hours). 3. Responsible for running reports in the Raiser’s Edge, Maestro Pro and Blackbaud. 4. Coordinates mailings, to include billing reminders for the Central Catholic Fund 5. Provides gift lists for website, for Annual Report and other publications as necessary. 6. Maintain website including but not limited to managing, editing, updating all content; troubleshooting performance of constituents web-based resources; ensure all documents on website and social media meet standards; ensuring that website navigation is both logical and intuitive, including applications and components for constituent interface. 7. Posts written, edited and proofed content to website and social media channels. 8. Utilize a wide degree of creativity and latitude in website and social media content. 9. Monitor external content of web and social media that reflects the CCHS brand. 10. Create and manage a social media calendar 11. Manage and monitor all club and sports social media accounts by serving as a liaison with the administrator of those accounts 12. Responsible for taking pictures at events for advancement purpos
