Charter School Satellite Site Secretary/Instructional Technician (135) at Calaveras County Office Of Education

About the Employer

Interested in joining our CCOE Family – We’re Now Hiring! Calaveras County has a rich heritage of education that dates back over 150 years. During the Gold Rush, small private schools fulfilled the educational needs of the families, and were often held in the homes of the teachers. After state legislature set up the framework for a public school system, Calaveras County soon had six schools in operation. The Calaveras County Office of Education (“CCOE”) partners with our four local school districts and the community to provide quality education to our county’s 5,596 students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grades. We manage alternative education programs for students at Calaveras River Academy, Mountain Oaks Home School Academy, and Oakendell Community School. We also offer adult education services, and a special education program for transition-aged young adults. Come discover unique, year-round adventures in Calaveras County including historic and picturesque gold rush towns, award winning California vineyards and tasting rooms, micro-breweries and pubs, eclectic art galleries, antique shops, and gold rush museums. For additional information, visit www.ccoe.k12.ca.us, contact us via email at hr@ccoe.k12.ca.us, or by phone at 209-736-4662. “The mission of the Calaveras County Office of Education is to provide leadership through quality service to school districts, students, parents and our community with the goal of achieving excellence together.”
