“The main interview and selection criteria for this position will be based on the candidate’s payroll knowledge, skills and prior work experience. “ Any combination of experience and education that would likely prove the required knowledge and abilities and be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning with major course work in business administration, public administration, human resources or closely related field AND three years or more of professional-level, related experience in payroll or personnel department of a large agency including directly and increasingly responsible experience with payroll and/or human resources.
