Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S) from an accredited college or university; advanced degree preferred • Three (3) to five (5) years of professional-level experience in a large, urban school district, or other educational/community setting • Experience leading and/or working in multidisciplinary teams, planning and presenting workshops, providing counseling/case management, and facilitating groups • Experience collaborating with government agencies and community-based organizations
