Job Summary NOO is seeking growth-minded candidates to join our educational mission in a dynamic and fast-paced program. Testing/data coordinators are at the forefront of the student entry process and school wide testing cycles. Testing/data coordinators collaborate with teachers, students, and school leadership to drive our school operations and support student learning. This is accomplished by meeting students at the registration process and guiding them the paperwork and testing. Coordinators perform a variety of technical tasks related to ongoing student testing including but not limited to data entry, pulling reports, organizing tests, manipulating spreadsheets and occasionally supporting staff training. The ideal candidate will have a experience working with Microsoft Office, posses strong communication and organizational skills, be flexible, and a be interested in continuous learning. - Letter of Introduction/Cover Letter; - Resume; - Two (2) years of responsible and varied clerical or educational support experience; - at least two (2) years of post-high school studies at an institute of higher learning (college) desirable; -experience working with adolescent-age or adult students; -experience working with reentry / incarcerated population preferred. The ideal candidate is willing to work independently and in a team environment with school staff, and will be directly responsible for scheduling and implementing testing sessions to students at various sites.
